Ever have one of those dreams, that's so real, it's scary?

I did.

I dreamed I was paralyzed and in a 1930 or 1940's wheelchair->[link]
and my sister and I were in this really weird building, looking for water. Anyway, there was an elevator and she started to push me down the STAIRS, in my wheelchair. I told her ''I need to use the elevator'' but she just kept saying ''nope, going to use the stairs'' and kept pushing. When we got close to the bottom, she tipped the chair, dumping me out onto the floor.
I sat up reaching for the chair, but she just pulled it away, telling me ''do it on your own.'' which meant ''go find the waterbox walking on your hands.''

So, here I am, [in my dream] on the floor, dragging my lower half behind me, all these people I don't know watching me, when I find this huge box attached to a wall, that looks like a changing station in a bathroom, and my sister, makes me touch the top button, which is incredibly difficult, since I'm really short. There were all these weird buttons, some said ''happy water'' or ''jealous water'', anyway, I pushed 'happy' water, and managed to get back in my chair on my own.

As if that wasn't weird enough, when I woke up, my legs were numb and I couldn't feel anything, and couldn't use them for a while. It freaked me out.

But after a while they. . .thawed? Well they became. . not numb.

That dream, felt really real.

Anyone else have a dream that felt too real?
